*Haircut Policies
Haircuts are a maintenance service offered between perm appointments only. Clients may book a haircut between perms, typically around 1.5 months after a perm, depending on individual hair growth.
Haircuts must be scheduled within 2 months of your last perm. After this time, hair growth makes the shape harder to maintain and more difficult to cut properly, so a new perm appointment is required.

Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We will collect a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. The deposit is not refundable within 48 hours of the appointment and will be applied to the service bill.
